Absecon City Planner
Preparation of 1999 re-examination of the Master Plan. Author of numerous land development ordinances adopted in 2000. Ordinances included: Senior Housing Overlay, Bed and Breakfast Overlay, Professional Office Overlay, Site Plan Waivers, etc. Preparation of study to determine downtown business center to be an area in need of redevelopment in accordance with State criteria.

Absecon City Planning Board Planner
Board Planner since 1997. Preparation of the 2005 re-examination of the Master Plan and author of 14 new land development ordinances. Ordinances included: Train Station Overlay, Affordable Housing, Age- Restricted Overlay.

Dr. J. Pitney Recreation Park – Absecon City, NJ
Project Management of site design and NJDEP approval process for 103 acre municipal recreation park consisting of a football field, soccer / football field, 3 baseball fields, tennis courts, field house and associated parking areas and drainage facilities.

Galloway Township Zoning Board of Adjustment Planner
Served as Board Planner in 2004.
