Reid Associates, LLC is committed to reducing the level of red tape associated with the land development process, to assist the client with expediting the review and approval process to reduce review period of the review authorities that have jurisdiction. We offer personal, hands-on attention during the entire process. Reid Associates responsibility is to provide responsive and creative solutions. We practice “Jurisdiction Avoidance” when appropriate.
Our clients have the advantage of over thirty years of land development review process experience. Reid Associates is responsive to the demands generated by each reviewing authority.
